Create and assign

New action (on the Actions screen) creates a standalone action — no inspection behind it: a burnt-out bulb spotted in a corridor does not wait for the quarterly audit.

  • Title — short, actionable (“Replace emergency light, corridor B”);
  • Description — the context, in rich text;
  • Photos — the starting evidence;
  • Site, priority (Low / Medium / High), due date;
  • a family, if your organization defined some — it brings its fields and its closing questions;
  • the assignee.
Assign to What it produces
A member the action lands on their plate; they are notified
An external email a person without an account receives a contribution link to respond
A group team queue: every group member sees it — whoever handles it first handles it
A site place queue: those working on that site see it

Assigning to a group or a site is a queue, not a broadcast: the action exists once, visible to everyone concerned, and whoever takes it takes it for all.
