The action feed
An action’s detail tells its whole life: at the top the essentials (status, assignee, priority, due date), in the middle the description and closing questions, at the bottom the feed.

The feed: three tabs
Section titled “The feed: three tabs”- All — the chronological mix, the story as it happened;
- Comments — the conversation alone: messages from members and from the external contributor, with their files;
- History — the facts: creation, assignments, status changes, regenerated links — who, what, when.
Every comment can carry photos and files. Participants are notified of each other’s messages — the conversation moves without chasing.
Closing, reopening
Section titled “Closing, reopening”Mark done moves the action to Done — if the family asks mandatory questions, they must be answered first; the screen takes you there. Reopen walks the other way when the field says no, it was not settled.
Both gestures show in the History, and notify creator and assignee.
The read-only public link
Section titled “The read-only public link”The action’s menu can produce a read-only public link: the action’s page, viewable without an account, with no way to write. To keep a requester, a client, a neighboring department in the loop — without handing them the pen.
