Response types
Every question carries a response type — it decides what the inspector sees and enters. Twelve types, picked in the selector when adding the question.
Rating types

| Multiple choice | options specific to this question, single or multiple answer |
| Checkbox | a binary fact (“Register present”) |
| Slider | a value on a bounded scale (cleanliness from 0 to 10) |
| Number | a measurement: temperature, pressure, quantity |
Entry types

The type that asks nothing
Section titled “The type that asks nothing”Instruction expects no answer: it is a block of directions in the middle of the walkthrough (“Cut the power before proceeding”, with a photo or document attached).
In the field, display adapts on its own: up to six options, buttons; beyond, a searchable list.
