Finish and review

When the last question is answered, Finish closes the inspection: the score is computed, the state moves to Completed, and the recipients of “Notify on completion” rules are told.

If requirements remain open or mandatory questions unanswered, Finish refuses and brings you back — you do not close an inspection with holes in it.

The summary, in three bands

A completed inspection opens on its summary:

1. The header and the numbers — the score, and four counters: Compliant, Flagged, Unanswered, Attachments.
2. Non-compliances and actions — the findings, grouped by questionnaire page, each with the colored answer, its photos and the action born from it; its handling state reads from here.
3. Review the answers — the full record, question by question. A deviating row points to its finding instead of repeating its detail.

Three bands, three readings: the executive stops at the numbers, the supervisor works the findings, the auditor unrolls the record.

After closing

The summary is made to be read — and the report to be handed over. A correction needed after the fact? The conductor (or a manager) can reopen the inspection, fix, and finish again — the score recomputes.
