Conditional logic
Conditional logic makes the questionnaire react to what the inspector answers. It is written on a question, as one sentence: “If the answer…” (the condition) “Then” (the triggers).
The condition
Section titled “The condition”Depending on the question’s type: is / is not a given option, a comparison for a number or slider, checked or not for a checkbox. One question can carry several rules.
The six triggers

| Skip to the end | jumps over the rest of the questionnaire — for stop cases (“site closed”) |
| Notify | tells people this answer was given |
The three “Require” triggers set visible requirements in capture (Note required, Media required, Action required): the inspection cannot be finished until they are cleared.
Setting up “Notify”
Section titled “Setting up “Notify””The Notify trigger takes two settings: the Recipients (who to tell), and When — Immediately (as soon as the answer is given, inspection still running) or On completion (when the inspection finishes). Recipients get bell and email, according to their preferences.
