Response sets
A response set is a reusable list of options — “Yes / No / N-A”, “Compliant / Non-compliant” — with, for each option, a color, a score and the “Flagged” marking.
Three families of sets
Section titled “Three families of sets”- Standard sets, shipped with Verifline: Yes / No / N-A, Good / Fair / Poor, Safe / At risk, Pass / Fail, Compliant / Non-compliant. Ready to use.
- Global sets, yours, shared by all your templates: your house scale, defined once.
- This template’s sets, local to one template: for a need that will not come back.
What an option carries
Section titled “What an option carries”| Setting | Effect |
|---|---|
| Label and color | what the inspector sees — and the color follows the answer all the way into the report |
| Score | the value entering the calculation |
| Flagged | the option marks a non-compliance: the answer surfaces among the report’s findings and counts as “Flagged” |
The “Flagged” marking is where the system earns its keep: ticking “Non-compliant” in the field is enough to feed the findings, the counters and the dashboard — no double entry.
